To accurately describe the status of boiler furnace combustion in simulation, analysis and optimization of power generation process, and to improve the accuracy of simulation, the Fluent, computational fluid dynamics software, and Dymola, process simulation software, are used for hybrid modeling and simulation research in this paper. Non-Premixed Combustion Model is adopted to carry out the flow field, heat transfer and combustion simulation for 1000MW coal-fired boiler of Jiangsu Taizhou Power Plant. According to the actual situation of the boiler, two kinds of conditions of the boiler combustion process are simulated. The one is the rated operating condition with five layers burners all in use, the other is without the primary air of the bottom layer. Comparing the difference in temperature field between these two conditions and using the table function in Dymola, the temperature datum of some sections in the boil are transferred into Dymola in the form of data table which can provide important data supporting for power generation process simulation and control system design.
