This dissertation includes two parts:The research of anti-coincidence scintillator detector readout for dark matter detection and the developed of BGO crystal calorimeter.Detection of dark matter has become one of the most popular topics, WIMPs is most likely cold matter candidate, we can measure monoenergetic gamma rays and e spectrum edge through a calorimeter, but charged particle and effect from backsplash must be rejected. In order to achieve this goal, We choose plastic scintillation as ACD, MPPC and WLS as readout, A series of components tests. We use MPPC plus WLS(Φ1mm) as the last method, meanwhile light output,detection efficiency of the detector are given and make a further analysis for the time of the detector.E3 test beam is the most important device in BEPCⅡ, part of BESⅢsub-detector calibrate in this beam. BGO crystal calorimeter is a sub-detector running in E3 beam. Due to PMT of the BGO calorimeter damaged and can not meet the test requirements, we selected XP2020 as substitute through a series of test, and it was developed to add the ability to distinguish between single particle and multi-particle event.
