Oceanic internal waves are a most common which occurr in con-tinuous density-stratified ocean, and the largest amplitude of fluctuation occurred in the interior of the ocean. In the thesis, we firstly derive control equations of oceanic internal wave by basic hypothesis which is based on equation of Geophysical Fluid Mechanics. Sim-plify equations of internal wave is obtained by using scale comparison under background current and the non-traditional approximation of earth's rotation. Then equation about vertical velocity w is given by calculation of simply equation. At the same time, dispersion relation on oceanic internal wave:obtained under the non-traditional approximation when the buoyancy frequency N is constant.
