Monte Carlo method is a statistical method which is based on the theory of probability and statistics, and whose primary means is random sampling. In rencent years with the rapid development of computer. And because Monte Carlo method could be more realistic to describe the characteristics of things and physical experiment, and could solve some difficult problems wich are intractable to other numerical methods, the application field of this type of method is increasingly wide. In this paper, we focus on solution of on the 3-D static electromagnetic filed .In particular the solution of Neumann boundary value problem. In the MATLAB environment, the project of MCM solving the Dirichlet Boundary Condition of static felid is designed, and the Monte Carlo Method is compared with finite element method through the typical examples. The correctness and reliability of Monte Carlo Method is verified.
