It was thought that Land Use/Land Cover Change was the most typical process of human being activity from the sight Because the entironment in arid area is very fragility, desertification, soil salinization, grassland degradation, water quality of river and lake deterioration, and the decrease of biodiversity and so on which are caused by humanbeings made the exploitation and utilization of resource seriously restricted and directly infect the situation of economy development based on the center of the west in our country is resource base construction .This paper chooses the Delta of Weigan and Kuqa Rivers located in the north edge of Tarim Basin as study area. In recently years, with the development of social economic, the leap of population and the reclamation of farm, the manner of Land Use/Land Cover have been changed fatally, which made the effect of entironment changed correspondingly. As the arid climate hydrological environment together with the expand of irrigated farming in oasis, soil salinization and soil secondary salinization much more deteriorated which threatened local and whole country's subsistence and sustainable development.The aim of this paper is extracting the information of Land Use/Land Cover Change using remote sensing image data, social and economic Statistic data and field acquirement data, then quantificationally analyzing and evaluating the status of the entironment in study area from the ecology service value and entironment synthesis quality. This paper choose NDVI,SI,DEM and Land Use/Land Cover type as the factors of soil salinization together with the information model based on GIS to calculate and analyse the information of soil salinization provided by different factors and analyse the relationship of these factors and soilsalinization, discuss the mutual affection mechanism, which is significant to manage and prevent soil salinization .The chapter fourth in this paper mainly study the Land Use/Land Cover Change and the effect of entironment, results show that:(1) The Land Use/Land Cover Change in study area from 1989 to 2007 is obvious. The change of cropland and woodland are most obvious, the area percent of farmland rise to 24.18 percent from 5.90 percent, and the area percent of woodland decrease to 8.12 percent from 43.4percent.Besides,the area of saline soil increases nearly one more times.(2) Land use/Land cover dynamic degree in study area between 1989-2007 show that: besides woodland and grassland, other types are all increasing. The dynamic degree of farmland is 0.16, the saline soil is 0.6,and the woodland and grassland are respectively -0.05 and -0.03.(3)Combining the study of entironment synthesis quality and ecology service value from 1989 to 2007,it concluded that the entrionment is deteriorating and the index of eco-Environmental effects is decreased from 0.365 in 1989 to 0.150 in 2007,and the ecology service value is decreased from $240626 thousand to $96305 thousand.The chapter fifth in this paper mainly study the effects of soil salinization and choose NDVI, SI, DEM and Land Use/Land Cover type as the factors of soil salinization together with the information model based on GIS to calculate and analyse the information of soil salinization provided by different factors and analyse the relationship of these factors and soil salinization, results show that:(1) The positive influential factor of severe soil salinization in study area is: the type of LUCC are grassland and salineland; NDVI is between 0 and 0.2, while it is between 0 and 0.1, the information of soil salinization is 0.91, which arrived at 71.7 percent; DEM is between 925 and 975 meters, when it is in the range of 925 to 950, the information of soil salinization arrived at 82.2 percent; while SI is higher than 0.3,the information of soil salinization are respective 1.122 and 2.398.(2) The influential factor of mild to moderate soil salinization in study area is: the types of Land use/Land cover are mainly grassland, and other type; NDVI is between 0 and 0.3, the information of soil salinization are respective 0.27,0.36 and 0.18; DEM is mainly between 1075-1100 meters; while SI is between 0.2 and 0.4。(3) The influential factor of non-soil salinization in study area is: the types of Land use/Land cover are mainly farmland and woodland; NDVI is higher than 0.4; DEM is between 975 and 1050 meters; while SI is lower than 0.2;...
