The Data Quality Control Method Research And Software Realization For Marine Environment Real-time Observation

The most important content of the marine environmentobservation is to obtain data on various marine environmentalfactors. According to the purpose, different users usedifferent data. Currently, the marine environment data aremainly used in marine current situation analysis, marinewarning and forecast ocean numerical assimilation. In order toimprove the accuracy of research and application, the qualityof the data must be controlled. This article carry out theresearch on the high-quality data demand for users, and thisarticle comprehensively achieves a data quality controlplatform for this demand.This article systematic introduces the research backgroundof the data quality control and the status of marine environmentobservation, and analyzes of the characteristics of the marineenvironment data, and the necessity of the error of the marineenvironment observation and the main sources of the marineenvironment observation error. This article also carry out thesystematic research on the principles of the most commonly usedmethods of the data quality control and the range of themethods ,and study the process of the general quality controlof the marine environment data. By means of studying the methodsof controlling the number of different marine environmentfactors'data quality, this article results in the conditionwhich the data quality control methods are applied for themarine environment factors'data. In this paper, the marineenvironmental management system framework is proposed and itanalyzes the place where the data quality control platform take,and more it gives the idea of the data quality control platformand realizes the data quality control of the share of marineenvironment factors. This article shows the performance of thequality control results by several quality control measures,which include scatter, curve and so on.
