In this paper,twenty-one kinds of endophytic fungi were isolated from Juglans nigra L to test the activity of their fermentation,which based on the seeds of wheat and rape,as the active materials result showed that the fermentation of the the twenty-one kinds of endophytic fungi had some inhabitation to the develop of two kinds of seeds,also the inhabitation to the root is larger than to the bud.The allelopathy of fermentation HJ1, HJ2,HJ9, HJ10and so on are better, the average inhabiting rate of HJ1 is up to 92%to all tested plants,and the influence of HJ1 to the rate of Germination is the largest, Contrast Germination is 100%.the rates of wheat and rapeseed reach to 18.8%and 33.3%. Therefore, the paper taked entophytic fungi HJ1 as the test subjects to study allelopathy.We tested the thermally stability of the fermentation, The results indicate that:with the temperature increases,the inhibition reduced.the allelopathy components has good thermally stable below 70℃.Entophytic fungi HJ1 was fermented largely to test the activity of the extracts of fermentation and mycelium which based on the seeds wheat, rape, mung and radis. The result showed that the extracts of fermentation and mycelium of HJ1 had some inhabitation to the develop of four kinds of seeds, The inhabitation of acetyl acetate extract which is best when the concentration is 50 mg.mL'1 is above 90%.N-butanol extract is the second, the remaining aqueous phase is the worst. The average inhabitation of extracts to the develop of mung is under 50%. These showed that the mainly inhibiting substance of HJ1 were acetyl acetate phase. Therefore acetyl acetate phase was chosed as the object of further research.Different concentration of acetyl acetate extracts of HJ1 Fermentation have different inhabitation results. The inhabiting rates of the different concentration acetyl acetate extraction are differet to the same tested plant,and some promotions to rape seedling when concentration is 6.25 mg.mL-1. the inhabiting rate of the same concentration acetyl acetate extraction are obvious difference to the different test plant.The order of inhabitation was rape>wheat>radis.The fermentation of HJ1 was carried, the extract of ethyl acetate was 31.2g. three compounds was separated following its activity, passing the silica gel column chromatography and passing Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and re-crystallizing. On the basis of physical and chemical properties and NMR data,tow others are mollicelin K and mollicelin B. The inhibition rate of compound 3 is best to wheat seedlings. The inhibition rate of compound 1 and compound 2 is close.
