This paper first studied the sound pressure distribution of the one-dimensionalacousto-optic Q-acousto-optic crystal, calculated one-dimensional acousto-optic Qswitch crystal spatial distribution of the diffraction efficiency by theoretical.Connectedwith acoustic intensity distribution of one-dimensional Q-acousto-optic crystal,got theacoustic intensity distribution of two-dimensional Q-acousto-optic crystal,and thediffraction efficiency of crystal in spatial.The paper take the way of sectionintegral,thought the diffraction efficiency is the same in small section,take the measureof integral in different points on the surface,caculating the diffraction efficiency of thelight with braggangle,so to get the diffraction efficiencyof the surface,defined the totaldiffraction efficiency as ??衍.Through the caculating,we could clear see the discilpineof the distribution of diffraction efficiency,the image looked like valley,the place nearthetransducerisbigger,andgotattenuationtowardsthedirectionofthesoundfield.The study found out that two-dimensional acousto-optic Q-compared toone-dimensionalacousto-opticQ-inturn-offlosseshavegreatlyimprovedwiththesamedrive power.Two-dimensional q-switch with orthogonal ultrasound is the twice of theone-dimensional in diffracion efficiency.The diffraction efficiency got improved withthe dirve power improve,have little connection with the input light power, have nothingtodowiththesizeofout-putlight.In production work,could take full advantage of the great point with biggerdiffraction efficiency in surface,improved the diffraction losses,got the biggest outputpowerwiththesamedirvepower.
