Stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) can generate a new frequency of coherent radiation, and expands the spectrum of the laser, thus in laser physics and its applications research SRS is of great significance. But the low transition efficiency of SRS limits its applications. In the recent decades, scientists are finding a new type of method to enhance SRS.In this paper, a complete liquid-core optical fiber (LCOF) SRS experimental system was developed. Using this system, the influence of SRS by fluorescence seed is completed which shows that the threshold could be decreased by liquid-core optical fiber technology that the first Stokes of CS2 could be obtained by weak laser power. The intensity of Raman spectroscopy can be improved when the fluorescence seed is added to CS2.The influence of SRS by fluorescence seed in LCOF has significant value in searching for a new fiber Raman amplification.
