In past several years, the formation and application of the hollow laser beams have been widely investigated both theoretically and experimentally due to their wide applications in modern optics and atomic optics.In this paper, introduce development status about the formation and application of the hollow laser beams.Based on it, it advanced a new way—the combinatorial system of ortho-axis and negative-axis pyramid approach to the hollow laser beams. And to study under the conditions of different emissing states of light, the impact of the various parameters of axis pyramid to trace,at the same time , theoretical and numerical analysis of spherical aberration. Experiments found that the spacing between the positive and negative cone of light does not affect for the trace. To hollow laser beam used in the practice, We constructed a propagation model respect to hollow beams, obtained hollow beams with special light distribution—hollow conic double-half Gaussian laser beams.in free-space propagation, analysis characteristics of light intensity distribution.Reseach on propagation characteristics of the kinds of beam still nobody.Therefore, it is necessary. The propagation model respect to the hollow conic double-half Gaussian laser beams will play a guiding role in the field of invisible control.
