Designing And Application Of Tianjin Municipal Administrative Roads And Bridges Geographic Information System

In recent years, the urban construction in Tianjin has been increasing rapidly. It is necessary for the government to raise the management level of the city so as to improve the quality of citizen's daily life. Tianjin Municipal Administrative Department of Roads and Bridges (TMADRB) have grasped plentiful information about the infrastructure construction. How to effectively make use of the information is extremely important for the Department to the reformation of the municipal management of roads and bridges.The project is to create a Geographical Information System(GIS) for TMADRB, the system is able to quickly display the infrastructure construction including the roads, bridges, and subway etc. It can also make query, statistic, and report forms of relevant information about the infrastructure construction according to assigned query condition. Considering the sensitivity of the data of the municipal infrastructure construction during the key maintenance chain, the project especially considered the security and stability of the system. While a detailed permission management is one of key research question in this paper.Based on the design and development of the permission management in GIS, the paper expounded the whole developing process, including service requirement analysis, feasibility study, and schematic and detailed design etc. The paper particularly expounded thoroughly the process of the development of the authorized module of the system. Integrated the ASP.Net, Web Service and Oracle 10 technicality, the paper expounded the principle, function, design solutions and realization of the system.
