Based on practical requirements of high-resolution array induction logging tool, finite element method and the numerical mode matching method have been used to calculate its response in two-dimensional model in its instruments and working mode. In this paper, the author analyzes the theory of array induction logging, puts forward the instrument calibration, makes the charts of borehole correction and skin effect correction, and achieves the array induction log signal digital software focus method.In the first chapter, the history of the development of induction logging has been introduced. According to the logging instruments from major logging companies, the whole course of development of induction logging has been explained. The purpose, meaning and status of international research are discussed. In the final, the main achievements and innovation in this master's thesis are shown.In the second chapter, the evolution history of finite element method has been introduced. The detail steps of finite element method are given from the differential equation and discrete equations, to the basis functions and multi-front solution. The numerical mode matching is used to verify and comparative the results of the finite element method.The principle for the array induction log measurement and the theory of geometrical factor has been described in the third chapter. The effect of the metal drill collar to measurement signals has been discussed in array induction. Based on the structure and working mode of the high-resolution array instrument, the calibration scheme has been given.In chapter four, the borehole correction and skin effect correction are mainly discussed. The principle of borehole correction and mechanism of skin effect has been described. In the end, specific correction method has been put forward, and the corresponding correction charts are given for high-resolution array induction instruments.Post-processing of measurement signals are brought forward in chapter five. In this part, not only the basic principles of digital software focus, but also the specific flow chart is given. Specific data results of the software focus are given based on the satisfaction of certain vertical resolution and radial depth of detection.Finally, the summary and research prospects of this paper are introduced. As the research results of this topic, signal processing method on the array induction logging measurement can be applied to the actual well logging data, which has great significance for the interpretation and evaluation of the reservoir.
