Currently, there exit many significant and interesting objects to be studied in the fields of the GPS application, such as improving the precision and the efficiency of the GPS rapid positioning, studying and perfecting the positioning work in pattern implementing and data processing, developing a relevant GPS positioning program, and broadening the areas and fields of GPS application. The main content in the study of this paper is GPS data processing in the field of the GPS deformation monitoring, through the direct extraction of single epoch deformation information we can improve the operation of GPS data-processing speed, shorten the time to obtain the deformation information. To achieve fastly and high-precision solving the deformation information we develop the GPS monitoring deformation data processing on the basis of similar single difference method. This article mainly focuses on the following aspects:1. Introduce basis for GPS deformation monitoring data processing. Firstly, this paper introduces indetail two types of basal observation: pseudo-range observation and carrier phase observation; Secondly, the paper introduces the basal observation of static relative positioning and the linear combination of the observation; thirdly, this paper analysis GPS double difference carrier phase observation model and the linearization of the double difference observation equation,analysis the correlation and precision valuation of double difference observation. The model of the double difference is the basic of calculating ambiguity and similar single-difference method of direct Extraction of deformation.2. On the basis of introducing the similar single difference model, the paper reworks and perfects the model. SSDM adopts the Constrained solutions of double difference integer ambiguity, but the key of perfecting the model is solving ambiguity accurately. So this paper uses the ambiguity function to search, uses some priori information to reduce the searching space, at last uses F-test to solve the accurate ambiguity.3. On the basis on the theory, develop the software of GPS deformation monitoring data processing. The software is based on SSDM, develops easy-to-use and user-friendly software. According to the test, analysis the results from the internal coincident precision and the exterior checking precision, we know the results can satisfy the precision requirement of 5″level traverse. The test validates the reliability and usefulness of the software and analysis the feasibility of the algorithm, really carry out solving the large range monitoring deformation fastly and high-precision.
