Research For Network Technique Based On The AOA Network

Managing of project plan is an importance part of project managing, and network technique is the main method for actualizing managing of project plan. Because the activity-on-arrow network can express the time relation of project activities clear, it becomes an importance tool of research for managing of project plan. While current project is more and more big, there must be an auto way to optimizing and drawing the AOA network, which is to instead of the inefficient manual drawing. An applied method to distributing resource and scheduling task must be offered to supervising the project performing.Dummy activity is necessary for expressing the logic relation of task in the AOA network, so we need a way to determining least dummy activity. It is an improved algorithm for determining least dummy activity, that base on reverse simplification. Firstly, it creates an original AOA network, which has many redundant nodes and dummy activities; secondly, it judges all nodes and dummy activities and deletes redundancies by rules, then repeat this process until that the AOA network can't simplify farther. The rules for judging redundancies are improved rules which are acquired by analyzing the characteristic of redundancies.After ascertaining the nodes and the relations of nodes, we should arrange the AOA network before drawing it. The kernel of layout for AOA network is the layout of nodes, because it determines the number of cross in AOA network. An improved is brought forward for determining the longitude and latitude of all nodes, which is acquired by analyzing the disadvantage of conventional method.Because of the particularity of personnel resource, a problem model is brought forward for describing personnel RCPSP. After research of the normal simple heuristic scheduling algorithm, a rule for the sort of personnel resource is brought forward. The rule is based on task priority rule, and it can be use to distributing personnel of each task.
