| Along with the decrease of the traditional energy resources,human beings need more and more untraditional energy.Gas-hydrate is clean,high quality and efficiency,low cost and little pollution.It's becoming an important potential resource in near future.So it is very important for exploiting of Gas-hydrates.The most important part of the Gas-hydrate coring system is temperature and pressuring barrel.Whether we can take the normal position points' scantling relies on the pressure and temperature coring system can keep the real scantling.Now,there is no perfect Pressure and Temperature coring system in this area.This theme is aimed at gas-hydrate pressure and temperature coring system,and researched on it's selected material,and find out it's length which can avoid pile effect.Then design a new heat preservation and pressurize structure in view of coring system in existence can not keep temperature,it's pressurize structure have not good capability,and cause stress concentration easily.Do intensity calibration after make sure heat preservation organization.Finally finish the design of the coring system.Also do some stress and heat transfer analysis,and some optimization based on my research.It is proved by experiments that the barrel satisfied theme's requirement with 20MPa internal pressure. |
