Aiming at present situation of Block Jin 271, this paper redescribed the block, studied lithlogy of reservoir, construction characteristics, cement, reservoir properties and fluid properties of the block, and recalculated the reserves. Making use of comprehensive analysis of geological, water layer log interpretation, reservoir numerical simulation and reservoir engineering analysis methods, the author analyzed effect from development, understood distribution and controlling factors of residual oil. By comparing similar block, combined with the actual situation of Block Jin 271, in order to ensure oil well multi-direction response, it is recommended to adopt inverted nine-spot area injection pattern as replacing program, and optimized the parameters of injection water development, forecast the development parameters, So as to achieve the purposes of stabilizing oil and controlling water to enhance oil recovery.
