He4 Fault block is located in the western part of the central uplift in Dongying Sag and the eastern part of Haojia oilfield, which is adjacent to the Xianhezhuang oilfield. The Fault block is a relatively complete nose structure and a reverse fastigium reservoir which strata are dissected by reverse fault under the background of the monoclinic structure. The late development of He4 fault block in Haojia oilfield has got into high water stage after more than 30 years. The oilfield presents the characteristic of high degree of exploitation, seriously water flooded and highly scattered remaining oil. The exploitation difficulty is increasing affected by reservoir and wellnet when getting into high water stage. The present geological model and development style restricts further improvement of development level. So the reservior is subdivided and compared and then the spatial distribution of reservior sandstone is further studied aiming at the questions of development process of He4 fault block in Haojia oilfield, guided by the modern sedimentological theory and using the drilling data, seismic data and production performance data in this paper. Mainly by the drilling data and assisted seismic data, the faults were interpretated and determined the distribution law. The characteristic of structure and micro-structure was studied and described. Combined with testing and production performance data, the oil-bearing area of the reservior was determined and the oil and water boundary was divided. Using the logging data, the effective thickness of the single sand body reservior was determined and then its reservoir geological reserve was calculated. The non-producted reserve potential and the remaining oil distribution are predicted by the analysis of the degree of producing reserves and produced status. On the basis of the above study, the horizontal & vertical distribution of the remaining oil will be determined. The remaining potential, the development adjustment orientation and the measures of furthur enhancing oil recovery of He4 Fault Block will be determined by investigation and evaluation of the development status of the similar reservoirs and the mothed of enhancing oil recovery. This study can effectively provided guides to the oil development of this area.
