Gas-liquid two-phase flow may divide into the bubbly flow, the droplet flow, the slug flow and the stratified flow according to the respective characteristic. And the bubbly flow refers to the gas disperses and moves by the granulated air bubble's form in the liquid, the article according to the flow characteristic of the bubble flow in the gas-liquid two-phase flow, union the mixed phase flow mechanism in the hydrocyclone, uses the computational fluid mechanics software, builds gas-liquid separation hydrocyclone model, and carries on the analysis to its internal flow field. According to the simulation analysis result, makes the structure improvement to the model, manufactures the experimental prototype to conduct the experimental study finally.The numerical simulation applies the FLUENT software, through research the flowing law of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the gas-liquid separation hydrocyclone, further grasped the separation mechanisms of gas-fluid two-phase flow. The numerical simulation included the gas liquid cylindrical cyclone simulation and the gas liquid cylindrical-conical cyclone simulation.Through carries on the numerical simulation to the gas liquid cylindrical cyclone, the result indicated that the pressure and the velocity distribution in the gas liquid cylindrical cyclone prototype disordered, the interior formed many turbulent flows, and the separation effect has not been good. In view of this condition three kind of structure improvements plan has carried on and have analysis to them, found out the structure parameter to the pressure, velocity and gas concentration distribution in the gas liquid cylindrical cyclone. Three kinds of structure improvements had the good effect to the separation effect, but the separation efficiency was not very ideal.The gas liquid cylindrical-conical cyclone numerical simulation also includes the analysis to the pressure, velocity and gas concentration distribution. The change parameters including the underflow nozzle diameter, inlet diameter, overflow pipe length, the eddy cavity top structure and the underflow nozzle position. Through analyze the result, knew the gas liquid cylindrical-conical cyclone structure parameter changes to its internal flow field and the separation efficiency, and simultaneously obtained the best separation effect structure parameter.Through conducts the experimental study to the optimum structure hydrocyclone and its modification structure, knew the operating parameter change to the hydrocyclone interior flow field and the separation efficiency. Simultaneously, has confirmed the numerical simulation conclusion rationality.
