With the development of biology and gene tech, gene has been seen as the basic tool for understanding all kinds of biology. Due to the huge data that gene have, people have pay more and more attention to segmentation of gene as the prior job for analyzing the gene structure. This thesis focuses on the chromosome of Arabidopsis thaliana and turns the raw data to probe documents with the help of tiling array tech, then use standard program to process them and segment them bases on the distribution differences of the probes.With the comparison of the segmentation results and the original gene annotation information, maybe we can discover some new segmentation through the expression differences; also we can compare the results from wild type and mutant to find out whether there are some differences. Through the gene expression differences between the wild type and mutant, we may find the biology explanation for the different expression outside between them. The use of tiling array chip tech means much to expand the biology research.
