Improvement Of Langlie Method

As a kind of non-fixed step-size up and down method, Langlie method methodologically performs better than traditional up and down method, which has fixed step-size. However, it is another story whether non-fixed up and down method performs better than traditional up and down method or not in practice. This paper take Langlie method for instance, use monte carlo on it to see whether or not it results as what we thought. Besides Bootstrap method was used to compute the confidence interval of the parameter estimator, which was used to be complex to calculate for Langlie method.
