Abstract/Summary:
The mathematics belief is people's view and original understanding of mathematics . It is not only an abstract concept of the philosophical level belong to epistemology category,but also a history concept,pepole's mathematics belief level developing and changing in the wake of the development and progress of the times ceaselessly. Moreover, owing to the relation of personality, pepole's mathematics belief present colorful characteristic. We can divide the mathematics belief into belief of mathmatics essence and mathmatics knowledge.The analysis and research for mathematics belief should from multidimensional and various visual angles,morover,it must consider the social context,characteristics of the times and areal variation fully.Normal college students belong to pre-service teacher,their mathematics belief not only the guiding ideology for them to learn and practice,but also can cause important affect for them to advance the education work in the future. One of normal university important goals is to cultivate the students'rational mathmatics belief .This article through questionnaire survey's method, using self-designed measuring scale data collection and use of SPSS statistical software and Amos4.0 software for item analysis, factor analysis and so on. research and explore the mathematical belief of the university students the structure and the present situation, and to the different gender, grade, professional and professional achievements of students'mathematics belief difference carries on the analysis. Research results show that the student's overall mathematics view level is good, but there are many students think learning mathematics formula is reciting the formula, recording the theorem and so on. The students have different background information will show one or more of the mathematical of the difference in the side. The mathematics belief's grade difference is remarkable,the senior students than the other three grades'students, girl and boy has the remarkable difference in mathematics essence belief, moreover girl's level of understanding is higher than the boy's; The student to mathematics essence's understanding, the different discipline's students, has the obvious difference. The different professional course result's students, mathematics belief's each dimension has the obvious difference, displays for a result higher student, its mathematics belief's understanding is higher.The normal college mathematic education should take the mathematics knowledge as the carrier, actively to spread mathematical method and mathematical thought that enables the student while to master the knowledge, can comprehend mathematics spirit profoundly, lets the student understand fully to mathematics natural disposition and the value.
