In order to meet the needs of modern warfare, many countries have attached great importance to meteorological networks and the construction of the power of mobile weather, weather service in mobile operations and equipment to develop and invest with a lot of energy. China's military weapons and equipment is also the process of information used in many high-tech means such as electronic information, computer technology, telemetry, remote sensing and other technologies to further the work of weather protection and automated quantitative objective.The protection of mobile operations is characterized by acute combat missions, combat units short preparation time. Meteorological support to combat units in the motor process, timely and accurate weather combat zones will be available to the combat elements of the policy-making organs and the combat troops, for the heads of decision-making and provide the basis for the operation of the force and the technical parameters. In order to improve the operational and security equipment to set up mobile speed, timely and effective input meteorological work should focus on high-mobility equipment research and design, as much as possible to improve the performance of each device portable.This paper studied the military a portable weather station to be completed is basically a fixed meteorological data collection, but with mobility, portability and other characteristics. Portable weather station include data acquisition and data processing terminal two major terminals, which connect using RS232, and data collection terminal can independently complete the task of data collection.Data Terminal Set time interval in accordance with data collection and simple data pre-processing, and then save, send, at the same time working on the sensors to monitor.
