Docking device for hydraulic pipeline of ROV and underwater operating machinery is special implement of deepwater submarine pipeline docking, realize mechanical and hydraulic connection of deepwater operation equipment when ROV on deepwater working is main function,used on deepwater submarine pipeline docking,Therefore has wide application prospect. This paper is supported by an 863 program that is aimed to invent a docking device for hydraulic pipeline of ROV and underwater operating machinery with independent intellectual property for subsea tie-in system.By analyzing the points of ROV and deepwater operation equipment structure design this paper presents the design a docking device for hydraulic pipeline of ROV and underwater operating machinery.Firstly, after deep analyses on docking of ROV underwater hydraulic pipeline, according to the design characters defined by deepwater operation mission and process and environment of actual operation of ROV underwater hydraulic pipeline docking machine, ansysing process of deepwater submarine pipeline docking, putting forward feasibility scheme and determined structure form of ROV underwater hydraulic pipeline docking machine.Secondly, combined with process of actual operation, according to problem of power supply on deepwater operation equipment, structure form of docking device for hydraulic pipeline of ROV and underwater operating machinery are determined, with the optimized structure design of docking device for hydraulic pipeline of ROV and underwater operating machinery being performed through Pro/E software, detailed structure design of mechanism after whole design completed.Thirdly, according to the results of strength check of docking device for hydraulic pipeline of ROV and underwater operating machinery and hydraulic hitch joint with ANSYS finite element software, the materials and mechanical structures all meet the design requirement. Motion underwater of deepwater operation equipment is realized by RQV, research on stability of whole operation system after docking completed.At last, during the research of docking device for hydraulic pipeline of ROV and underwater operating machinery hydraulic transmission system, hydraulic element and hydraulic control type of the system is chosen according to research object on ROV underwater hydraulic pipeline docking machine hydraulic transmission system, research on designing scheme and circuit of PLC system, controlling hydraulic transmission system of ROV underwater hydraulic pipeline docking machine on the application of PLC.
