The Research On Non-linear Regression Analysis Methods

Regression analysis is one of the important contents in mathematical statistics. Because its application is very extensive, so it's theorise and methods have been subject to attention. In this article,non-linear regression analysis method is discussed. First of all, we introduce a number of commonly methods , includes wavelet analysis method and rational interpolation method, then we give a non-linear regression analysis method based on rational interpolation spline approximation using rational interpolation spline theory, and give numerical examples to illustrate the algorithm which is effective.This article is divided into four chapters. Chapter I briefly introduce the concept and calculation methods of regression analysis. Chapter II briefly introduce the linear regression analysis theory and methods of calculation. Chapter III detailly introduce various of non-linear regression method of calculation, especially in recent years, wavelet analysis and rational interpolation methods.we focus on the rational spline interpolation algorithm, and through comparing an example, this new method has unique advantages on linear regression analysis. At multiple regression, we mainly introduce the method of partial least-squares. Chapter IV Summary and Outlook, also suggest some places which need to make some improvements and future study questions.
