In present dissertation,the location,geological age of the strata fossil Orthoptera of Northeast China and same representative geological sections are introduced.A brief researching history and actuality on fossil Orthoptera,and geological history of Orthoptera are given.The morphology,biology and phylogenetic studies of Hagloidea are summarized.A comprehensive taxonomic work on fossils from western Liaoning and eastern Inner Mongolia is presented.3 families,6 genera and 9 species are reported,among them including 2 new genera,6 new species and 1 new record species:six genera:Tuphellopsis gen.nov.,Isfaroptera Martynov,1937, Ashangopsis Lin,Huang&Nel 2008,Allaboilus Ren & Meng 2006,Scalpellaboilus gen.nov., Sigmaboilus Fang,Zhang & Wang,2007;nine species:Sigmaboilus fuscus Gu,Zhao & Ren 2009,Sigmaboilus peregrinus Gu,Zhao & Ren 2009,Scalpellaboilus angustus gen.et sp.nov., Allaboilus.gigantuss Ren & Meng 2006,Allaboilus.robustus sp.nov.,Allaboilus longus sp.nov., Ashangopsis multifurcata sp.nov.,Isfaroptera Polyneura sp.nov.,Tuphellopsis ovalis gen.et sp. nov..The important critical characteristics of the genera and species are described.The specimens were examined with LAICA MZ 12.5 dissecting microscope and illustrated with the aid of a drawing tube attached to microscope and the software of CorelDraw 12,PhotoshopCS2.All the type specimens of the new species are housed at the Key Laboratory of Insect Evolution & Environmental Changes,Capital Normal University in Beijing,China.
