Apostichopus japonicus Selenka, also named sea cucumber, belongs to Phylum Echinodermata, Class Holothuroidea ,Order Aipidochirotida, Family Stichopodidae, Genus Apostichopus. Apostichopus japonicus contains higher nutrition and lower cholestenone, and it has higer economic value. Antimicrobial peptides is a kind of low molecular weight peptides which produced by organism. It can restrain and kill Epiphyte, Bacteria and anyother pathogeny animalcule. Antimicrobial peptides that we have known are widely distributing in Bacteria, Epiphyte, Hexapod, Amphibian, Shellfish, Aves, Fishs, Mammal and Human, Plant and all kinds of organism. In the article, the isolation, purification and antimicrobial tests in vitro of antimicrobial peptides of Apostichopus japonicus were carried out. We obtained the antimicrobial peptides from enteron of Apostichopus japonicus by organic impregnant(carbinol),and antimicrobial peptides was purificated by gel filtration. The lowest antimicrobial concentration of the antimicrobial peptides to Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aweus, Bacillus cereus, Streptococcus lactis, Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus by means of MTT was analysed. We also experiment by means of Tricinice-SDS-PAGE and HPLC to analyse antimicrobial results. By the experimentation, we find out that we can gained two compositions, and we named them as F1 and F2. F2 is provided with obvious effect to restrain Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aweus, Bacillus cereus, Streptococcus lactis, Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus, then estimated low concentration (MIC). The MIC to Escherichia coli ,Staphylococcus aweus, Bacillus cereus ,Streptococcus lactis and Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus is1.25mg/ml, 1.25mg/ml, 1.25mg/ml,2.5mg/ml and 0.625mg/ml. The Tricine-SDS-PAGE shows that the molecular weight of F2 is about 6KD, and the HPLC shows the composing t of F2 is complexed, several components were shown in the figure of HPLC.
