It's well-known that biological system is spatial and temporal dynamic. In the post-genomic era, time series data become the essential to reconstruct reasonable biological networks. When obtaining the time series data, we should choose reasonable time points to measure the data. In this paper, we investigate how the choice of time points could affect the inferring of gene network. This paper is organized as follows. Section 1 is the background of the research. In section 2, we show how we use the R package G1DBN to extract the gene network from time series data. We applied the R package G1DBN to infer the regulated network of 800 Arabidopsis Thaliana genes and the network is analyzed in Section 3. In section 4, we use different groups of time series data to infer the different regulatory networks of 800 Arabidopsis Thaliana genes, then compare and analyze these networks with R package sna. As the results, time points which are more important than others are identified. We also identified some common regulatory relations in all constructed networks. In the last section, we discuss the finding and give conclusions.??...
