Laser fusion is an important application of super intense and ultra short pulse laser technology, the relativistic effect of the plasmas produced in laser fusion must be considered inevitably. The research on the dispersion relation of relativistic plasmas is one of the most fundamental and important issues in laser fusion.Problems investigated in the thesis consist of two parts: one part is the numerical study of dispersion relations in relativistic plasma with Maxwell distribution; another part is the analytical and numerical studies of dispersion relations in relativistic plasma with Fermi distribution.The study of dispersion relations in relativistic plasma with Maxwell distribution is based on the kinetic of plasma. The dispersion equations are numerically evaluated. The results showed that: using the numerical method, the analytical results can make up for inadequate, the dispersion curves in different conditions are obtained.The study of dispersion relations in relativistic plasma with Fermi distribution is based on the kinetic of plasma. The analytical results of longitudinal wave and transverse wave dispersion relation are obtained. But the dispersion curves of analytic theory have the discontinuity due to approximate restrictions. Using the numerical method, the full dispersion curves are obtains.
