An Inquiry Of The Problem Of Technical Value

Today with the increasing social technicalization , studying the value of technique becomes an inevitable topic of our society. Fast development of the technique of industry society ,on the one hand impruved life level of people, on the other hand caused some global problems ,so the existence of mankind has suffered from bad influence.As a result, researching the value of technique is significant, its ultimate reason is for the sake of the existence ,development and perfection of mankind.After establishing the concepts of technique ,value,technical value etc,this thesis affirmes that technique has value burden,then studies the problem of the evaluation of technical value.In the end ,this thesis makes profound introspection of the technical value ,probes into the reasons for the negative value of technique. As to the technique ,the government usually regards it as a magic weapon to lacle social problemes.But in the technical criticism of philosophy technique is seen as a kind of critical factor which creats crsis of energy ,enviromental deterioration ,ethical conflics etc.This kind of dissimilar evaluation of technique formed a distinct constrast and constituted a kind of contradiction.This thesis makes some inquiry ,puts forward some standpornts which weakens negative effects of technical value,interms of how to treat this kind of contrdiction ,how to transform the disadvantageous factors on social stability and development into advantageous one .Only in this way,can we promote the development of the technical modernization in our country sustainably,steadily and healthily.
