Earthquake is one of the most severe natural disasters.An earthquake will damage buildings,destroy other structures and kill lives which causes huge lost. China is located in one of the most active seismic regions of the world that has been plagued by numerous destructive earthquakes during its long history. According to the historical records,devastating earthquakes have been occurred in almost all the 31 provinces.Because deadly earthquakes outbreak suddenly, cause significant damage,and are difficult to forecast,they pose great threats to the survival and safety of human being,the functions of society and the development of economies.China's high-intensity earthquake-prone areas are where lakes dam projects situated of high-density.Once dam as a result of the earthquake lakes outburst there,the consequences will deteriorate as floods will serious secondary disasters,not only by the heavy losses of the national economy, but also endanger the lives of the majority of the people and property.Therefore, to study the damage assessment model and software system of the dams on the river and lakes is of important theoretical and engineering application value.This paper collects and analyzes the structure of a typical type of damage the dam lakes,evaluates various structural types of rivers and lakes of the seismic performance of dams and damage characteristics,and summarizes the existing dam rivers and lakes of the earthquake damage prediction results caused by its major source of earthquake damage.Based on the research,a new series of rapid disaster assessment techniques are developed which meet three criteria:1) the actual needs of China's earthquake emergency command;2) the support of database in the earthquake emergency;3) targeting key projects and major issues' emergent disposal and assessment.This article studies various types of damage to the dam lake level and detailed information to determine the model-based inference,as well as the dam lake outburst floods occurred in the secondary model to determine the possibility.Assessment classification model will be taken, that is the basis of data in a very full range of conditions,the evaluation model can give a more detailed assessment of the credibility of the results,when there is lack of basic data needed to model a number of incomplete data,the evaluation model can automatically adjust the assessment mode,given the results of the assessment is more rough,when the complete lack of basic data,the assessment model can not rely on the basic data on the basis of previous cases of similar fields of earthquake analysis,given a reference to the results of experience.The paper and the research focus on the improvements of experiential assessment model on the damage of rivers and lakes by earthquake;at the same time completed developing a damage assessment of the dam lakes software systems.
