The neurobiology has already become one of most rapid front science in the life sciences development,it is ascience studying human and animal's nervous system. Nervous system is a organism' regulative system,it can feel the information variety outside and inside economy,and conformity,process and respond to the information felt at same time.By nerve discharges pulse,nervous system may achieve a series of function ahead.In 20th century 50's,Hodgkin and Huxley put forward the notable HodgkinHuxley(HH) model,HH model and Hindmarsh-Rose(HR) model, McCullosh-Pitts(MP) model,FitzHugh-Nagumo(FN) model,etc,can expressed successfully nerve discharging electrochemistry mechanism.Complex networks is a better hot subject which was studied in recent years at home and abroad,involving a wide range.Today the research to it is permeating from the mathematics and project technical science to a lot of different discipline such as sociology,physics,medicine and biology and so on.At present because the results of neurophysiology and complex networks show:the human brain real biological neural network system is a small-world network structure,we use HH model,HR model,MP model,and FN model which reflects neuron discharge as a node and construct a artificial biology nerve networks with small-world connections,then study the synchronization and stochastic resonance in the network.This paper has mainly completed the following work:(1)The stochastic resonance of Small-world neural networkTo simulation study stochastic resonance in the small world FN neural network,we find that:in the small-world neural network,noise can optimize the phenomenon of the stochastic resonance,but the best signal to noise ratio with the external signal is the nature of the change in small-world topology change.The nature of external noise plus mainly refers to the frequency of stimulation,Gaussian white noise,such as the noise intensity;small-world network topology depends on the coupling strength,connection and reconnection probability.The size of certain range of coupling strength,and rewiring probability can be effective even enhance the probability of stochastic resonance in the small-world neural networks.To study a complex system,the computer simulation is an appropriate approach. Here we pdrformed a simulation atudy of stochastic resonance in neuronal systems. The meaning is:the nervous system of stochastic resonance in the study will enable us to change the views of the past,the noise,which can provide a new signal detection concepts and methods;the same is also to promote information processing in the re-understanding of the role of noise.(2)The synchronization of small-world neural networkTo simulation study stochastic resonance in the small world FN neural network, We find that with the rewiring probability of p,and the noise intensity D increases, small-world neural network can quickly achieve the synchronization;the coupling between neurons can help neural network synchronization;The qualitative relationship between critical coupling strengthε_c and coupling strength is:With the coupling strengthεincreases,the critical coupling strengthε_c is also increased.The qualitative relationship between Critical coupling strengthε_c and connectivity k is: With the increased connectivity k,the greater the critical coupling strengthε_c;critical coupling strengthε_c scales with the network between the reciprocal of the relationship is exponential decline,with the increase of network scale large,the coupling strength needed for larger,more difficult to achieve simultaneously;critical coupling strength and even the probability of re-characterization of the relationship between:With the increased probability of rewiring probability,the greater the critical coupling strength.Biological neural networks the problem of synchronous oscillation in essence,is a non-linear coupling between the oscillator and phase-locking problem. Synchronization is likely to encode the information nervous system manifestations of time and space,is considered the basis of memory.Therefore,these results can promote people know neuron encoding to information,and cognize andreveal the secret of brain working principle.
