involved in the establishment of CTP.7. Compared with normal rats with sweet taste stimulus, innate sour taste preference rats and CTP with sour taste stimulus rats had no difference in the expression of FLI neurons in the cls area, but significantly higher than normal rats with sweet taste stimulus and CTP rats with GA+citric acid taste stimulus.8. The expression of c-fos in brain area of ECu, PV, Sol, els, ems and cms had no difference in rats with difference taste stimulus.Conclusions:1. Rats could establish CTP to citric acid by the means of providing them mixture of sucrose and citric acid, which could give some reference on establishing conditioned sour taste preference model of rats.2. The reduced preference of sour in CTP rats by treating with GA indicated sweet inhibitor had effect on both sense of sweet taste and sour taste in CTP rats.3. After giving sour stimulation to CTP rats, the Fos expression can be strongly induced in many brain areas, which suggested that the establishment of CTP have a complex neural mechanism.4. Compared with normal rats with sour stimulus, the number of FLI neurons expression of CTP rats with sour stimulus in the brain area of cls,AcbSh,BLA,Me and Pa significantly increased, suggest the establishment of CTP make sour taste palatability, just like sweet taste. Integrateing the results of ethology, we can indicate the plasticity change of sweet taste system plays an important role in the establishment of conditioned taste preference to sour.
