A class model of predator-prey system with Holing -N functional response on time scales is considered . Here x,y is the dense of predator- prey, and the positiveωperiodic, r (t ),a(t),α(t),q(t),b(t),β(t)∈Crd(T).By using the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory , homotopy invariance property and Young′s inequality , a set of easily verifiable sufficient conditions ensuring the existence of positive periodic solutions of the system are obtained, Theorem3.1.Theorem3.1 : L et r,q> 0,andThen the system (3.1) has at least one periodic positive solution.
