With the development of science and technology, people attach more and more importance to the reliability of production. Because the life of the production is a stochastic phenomenon, it comes to a statistical inference problem that we try to determine the reliability production indexes of the production. In order to make clear the life distribution of the measured, solve the indexes of reliability and study the invalid mechanism of the production to give some pieces of advice about improving the reliability of the production, we often have to make life experiment .The life experiment is separated into two kinds: complete life experiment and "cutting tail" experiment, but the later one is widely used. "Cutting tail" experiment also can be divided into two kinds of situation: the expiration part to have no replaces and to have replaces.Accelerated life test is divided into three types: constant-stress accelerated life test, step-stress accelerated life test, and progressive-stress accelerated life test. Comparatively, step-stress test may cause the sample to expire quickly, and can reduce the number of samples tested. Step-stress accelerated life test, compared with constant-stress accelerated life test, also has its shortcoming .The accurate which the estimated reliability features of step-stress accelerated life test is not as ever constant-stress accelerated life test. In examining the reliability of the high life product features, we are more inclined to step in and under constant-stress accelerated life test.In the statistical theory and the application, two-parameter exponential distribution is the common and important kinds of distributions. It is often used for expressing the fatigue life of metal products. Therefore the research of two-parameter exponential distribution's reliability is a theoretical and practical application of significance.In this paper, type I and II censoring data from non-substitute alternate stepwise stress accelerated life testing method under two-parameter exponential distribution is studied systematically. The test has given two cases of their respective preconditions to meet the assumptions on the basis of separate trial. Parameters are estimated and examined by using test's data. Then each kind of reliable characteristic estimated value under the normal work stress can be obtained by the model. Finally the examples of random simulation indicated that the statistical method by this article given has high precision and certain practical value.
