With the rapid development of economy, China's transportation construction has made great achievements. The bridge is one of important infrastructural facilities, its security is having direct impact to the national economic growth. In this paper, it has given an introduction at home and abroad on active duty through the work of the bridges at first, then setting forth the significance and meaning of the bridge safety inspection.Crack is one of the most common diseases of the bridge, which brings about potential dangers to the bridge operating safety. By the reality bridge's disease inspection and statistics of the various bridge crack, having carried out analysis from two aspects of the causes of formation to the crack, mechanism and mechanics.In order to analyse the force effect to the bridge that the crack brings out, this paper has carried on the static and dynamics analysis using ANSYS finite element software to two kinds of typical bridge models. In static analysis, having mainly analysed the effect on the deflection, pulling stress, pressure stress and shearing stress of the bridge with cracks, which is under the different loading. To analyse the force effect of the different length and depth of the bridge crack under the calibration loading. Then get the calculation of the crack tip stress intensity factor under the different static loading. Comparing with the force changes between cracked beam and the beam full. In dynamic analysis, having carried out the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis. The natural frequency of cracked beam is lower than the full one by comparing with the frequency of them. To calculate the force changes both cracked beam and the full one respectively under the moving loading. Analysing the effect of the deflection of bridge that occurs by different incentive frenquencies under the uniform of the harmonic moving loading.Finally, to calculate the crack tip stress intensity factor under the cyclical moving loading.
