Photorefractive effct is a new field of nonlinear optics. For it's distinctive character, photorefractive effect is applied to many field. For example, photorefractive hologram, wavelength demodulation technique, optical heteradyne detection tecnology and so on. It is necessary for studying photofractive effect that the photorefractive effct's basic knowledge and phoenomenon must be known well.In this paper, the basic knowledge and phenomenon of photorefractive effect is studied and analoezed. At first,the mechanism of photorefractive effect is analyzed though the method of studing it's principle, in this part ,the concept of the photorefractive effect is expounded. At the same time, the photorefractive material development is discribed. Bside these, the analyzing model of photorefractive effect -band transport model is deduced from Maxwell's equation. Sencond, the two-wave mixing and four-wave mixing is studied. In this section, the coupling of two beams self-pumped phase conjugation,mutually pumped phase conjugation, self-pumped phase conjugation and mutually pumped phase conjugation coexisting are studied by the data and phenomenon of experimentation, moreover, span phase is also introduced in this part. Third, the appling of photorefractive effect is studied, such as photorefractive hologram, wavelength demodulation technique and optical heteradyne detection tecnology, especially the appling of optical heteradyne detection tecnology is studied though a concrete experimentation. Last, some propose of photorefractive effct's studying about this paper are discussed.Though the paper, the basic knowledge's frame and the basic method of analysis are wanted to be built. |
