Based on the theory of lattice Boltzmann method, the analysis is done to compare the different ways of dealing with the boundary. At the same time, lattice Boltzmann method, which is used to calculate the flow at high Reynolds number, is obtained by combining lattice Boltzmann method and large eddy simulation.First, N-S equation is deduced by using BGK approach, Chapmann-Enskog expansion, multiscale analysis in the limit of mass conservation and momentum conservation. At the meantime, the equilibrium distribution function of lattice Boltzmann method and the macro-qualities are confirmed. According to the evolvement equation, the program is worked out. And it is used to validate the program that is calculating 3D steady laminar flow in the circinal canal.Second, there are many ways to deal with the boundary. The analysis is done to compare the different ways by calculating steady laminar flow between the flats. Then the flow around Circular Cylinder is calculated using a way introduced.Last, lattice Boltzmann method is modified based on large eddy simulation to make lattice Boltzmann method calculate the flow at high Reynolds number. The main idea is combining lattice Boltzmann method to large eddy simulation (LES-LBM). And this method is validated through simulating lid-driven cavity flow and the Flow around Circular Cylinder. The investigation shows that this way has a value of study and application.
