The study on airflow field on foreign naval ships are utilization of wind tunnel experiment and real ship. At present, with improvement of computational fluid dynamics and commercial software, numerical experiment studies was further improved. For airflow field of naval ships, the airflow field is simulated by theoretical computational method. it can save a great deal of manpower and material resources, improve the efficiency and quality of the work. This is a main springboard why i select the simulation of air flow field by CFX.The text has discussed that an investigation on flow field characteristics around deck of large naval ship model. It offers a instruction of aircraft's takeoff and landing. Main research work is as follows: By a method using CFX hydrodynamic calculation software, it is the numeric imitation simulation of three-dimension around large naval ship in different wind direction and wind scale. Finally, the conclusion is presented that vortex distribution chart and impact range of Vortex in the deck and building of ship.The results show that : with the change of the wind scale , the strength and impact range of vortex changed. With the rise of the wind scale ,the strength and impact range of vortex increased. With the change of the wind direction , the position of vortex and impact range of vortex changed. In order to compare the airflow distribution in different circumstances, it set the control points. It compute the speed of the control points in different wind direction and wind scale. It is compared by drawing of curve. Finally, modifying model, gas-liquid interface is captured by means of VOF (volume of fluid). It computes the velocity distribution of airflow field in ship. End, the effect range is gave.The research in this paper indicates that it is feasible for us to simulate the viscous fluid of the trimaran by CFX, and that mesh generation , parameters selection has also got about large naval ship. The author thinks these can provide some reference for the further study.
