By the calculation of the numerical method and the computer technology, the river numerical imitation now solves many problems we care about in the river engineering. Rapid development of computer technology provides the more motivities for the river numerical imitation development. It is usual to use one-dimension mathematical model or two-dimension mathematical model to process the calculations of the river numerical imitation, and the imitation technology is very mature. Also, it makes large economy benefits in many places. Three-dimension model approaches reality well. But for its complex calculation and large time-consuming, it hardly develops. In a word, numerical imitation is becoming a very important means in the study of the river problems.This thesis calculated Sanjiazi of Songhua River in 2D numerical imitation with FVM. The Body-fitted Coordinates grid is used in the flow area. And the governing equations of flow in Body-fitted Coordinates were dispersed with FVM. The equations were evaluated with FORTRAN programs. By verifying the water surface line, it tells that the 2D model imitated the flow finely. At last the verified model was used to optimize the embankment line of Sanjiazi for the calling of the development of Harbin.
