The discovery of the Small World Phenomenon and scale-free property of real network stirred up the computer industry research craze on complex network, in which invulnerability of the complex network was one of the focal points. Network system has become the main form of transmissions, so the research on the network invulnerability analysis and evaluation has important theoretical value and practical value.On the basis of the relative technology analysis about invulnerability of the complex network, from the general properties of network topology, the author describes the complex network topology characteristics and formation mechanism, studies the characteristics of complex networks of the effects of invulnerability; By researching on the spread of instant messaging worm virus in complex network, the author establishes A new Birth and Death Processes of IM worm. According to the CAPTCHA IM worms killing technology, improves the IM worm virus immunization strategy, puts forward a Timing model of CAPTCHA, evaluates the reliability of communication networks in different measurement methods, analyzes invulnerability of three IM communication networks using association graph and analytic hierarchy process qualitatively and quantitatively.Focusing on the communication behavior of complex network, model analysis shows that the new Birth and Death Processes of IM worm model analysis results with the spread of the virus on the scale-free property network has a good consistency. Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the relationship between the various indicators to evaluate the distribution of weights assigned more scientific and rational.
