The UPE (Ultraweak photon emission from biological objects), is an intrinsic and spontaneous process in biological objects and one of the important contents of biological physics-biology. Since discovered it, scientists have made a lot of research. In recent years, the further studies of the biological own function through the research biology photon emission characteristic and the characteristic new discipline receives the attention day by day. Although we can't tell the mechanism of these photon emissions definitely now, it has been applied to many domains.This paper introduces the experimental and theoretical advances of UPE detecting and absorption spectrum during the recent time. Using photon counting system, we detect the UPE of blood of three high patients (high glucose, high grease and high blood pressure) and hepatitis patients and healthy people. We contrast the differences of healthy people and patients and the differences of patients'blood saved different methods after 24 hours. The results are shown that UPE change with the change of its own organism function. High blood pressure patients'UPE are lower than healthy people's; high glucose, high grease patients'UPE is higher than healthy people's. UPE of blood saved at low temperature is higher than blood saved at high temperature. Using THz-TDS, we detect the absorption spectrum of high glucose patients'blood and pure glucose.
