Information is an important resource, Sharing is a very effective way to play its important role. Shared platform of Poyang Lake spatial information can not only optimize and integrate the dispersed spatial data and avoid duplicate construction of information, but also promote the research and development of ecological environment and of Resources of Poyang Lake and push international exchanges and cooperation on Poyang Lake studies. It has a great significance on the use of resources and environmental protection in Poyang Lake region. The thesis has focused on the content as follows.1) Analyzing the frame of shared platform of Poyang Lake. Firstly, we should analyze the clients'needs, which is an aim of realizing sharing .Secondly, we should analyze data, sharing and network safety. Among them, the data normalization is the prerequisite ,The building of shared policy law and regulation plays a supporting role. Network security can ensure sharing. Finally, there is the access pattern analysis.2) Using UML and CASE to structure Geodatabase. By the analysis of three generations data organization model and the comparison of four data management pattern, the thesis adopts oriented object data model Geodatabase to organize data, it is a unified and intelligent spatial database building on the DBMS and realize a integrated storage and management of Poyang Lake spatial data and attribute data. Among the three ways of constructing the Geodatabase, we use UML and CASE tool to construct.3) The logical designs of shared platform of Poyang Lake. The thesis has chosen three-level pattern of"clients-servers–database"which clients used as inquiring and accessing sharing platform of spatial information, and it designed the logical structure of the shared platform.
