From the perspective of statistical calculation,a WCF method of reliability integration evaluation for a class of system is proposed based on Beta distribution that approximate the known equipment reliability confidence distribution.Firstly,Beta distribution approximate is introduced and then converting the equipment test data into binomial test data is discussed for WCF method.Finally, lower system reliability confidence limit for the binomial system,exponential system and mixed system of them are calculated by using WCF method based on the converted data. Through calculation and comparison, the WCF method of this thesis is closer to the traditional method than the commonly used method of second-order moment, especially base on hybrid system, in the exponent type of shorter test time and fewer test number and the binomial type, the method in this thesis is clearly more superior than second-order moment method, therefore the method of this thesis is feasible and effective.
