Effects of different pseudobulb age(one year, two years, three years),media(humus, tiantu, composting soil),light intensity(shading 45%,shading 95%,shading 0%) and weight of the fertilizer(5 g/pot,10 g/pot,15 g/pot) on vegetative and physiological and biochemical changes of Cremastra appendiculata(D.Don) Makino were studied. At the same time examining the ecological field, the main distribution area of Cremastra appendiculata(D.Don) Makino fungi in the rhizosphere soil were isolated, the results showed:Light intensity was the main factors of the growth. The leaf area, leaf moisture content, germination rate, height, root length, root diameter, biomass of shading 95%excelled shading 45%and shading 0%.Along with the increase in intensity of shading can reduce the leaf temperature, transpiration and stomatal resistance, and raise the leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate.It conducived to the growth and development of the Cremastra appendiculata(D.Don) Makino.Light intensity was the impact of the Cremastra appendiculata(D.Don) Makino soluble protein content, pseudobulb soluble sugar content, the pseudobulb SOD activity and the content of pseudobulb MDA major factor. The pseudobulb soluble protein content of shading 0%were the highest.Light intensity and pseudobulb age on the content of soluble proteins reached a significant level.Light intensity on the pseudobulb soluble sugar content from the impact of a significant level,in which the three levels of light intensity difference all reached a very significant level. The pseudobulb soluble sugar content of shading 0%was the highest. Light intensity on the pseudobulb SOD activity from the impact of a significant level,in which the three levels of light intensity difference all reached a very significant level. The pseudobulb SOD activity of shade 95%of was the highest.Light intensity and pseudobulb age on the content of MDA impact to a very significant level. The pseudobulb MDA of shading 0%was the highest.Shading 0%,shading 45%and shading 95%of the differences reached a very significant level. The media was the affect of the root activity major factor, and it had very significant level on root activity. The root activity of the composting soil were the highest.Light intensity and the weigh fertilizer had very significant difference on root activity.Judging from the above results,we conclude:the best artifical cultivation condition for Cremastra appendiculata(D.Don) Makino is A3B3C2D1(three years+composting soil+shading 95%+5 g/pot).The common rhizosphere soil fungi species of Gaopo Huaxi District,Shibing County and Fanjingshan:Trichoderma and Penicillium. They may play an important role for the growth of Cremastra appendiculata(D.Don) Makino.
