Analytical solution of elasticity can illuminate the mechanics views that it wants to convey, and also can promote the extensive generation of the numerical solution as a standard solution. Therefore, it is of important value in theory and actual application to the engineering. The paper is devoted to studying the analytical solution, which is often used in theory and engineering, in terms of mechanics, combining the mathematics with elasticity. By studying the structure of hydraulic bulging roller, we construct the stress functions or displacement functions, satisfing all boundary conditions and biharmonic equation and concludes the analytical solution of hydraulic bulging roller residual stress.Fristly, we analyze the structure of hydraulic bulging roller and its shrunk-fit. The analytic solution of residual stress is given through constructing the displacement function when the hydraulic bulging roller is after shrunk-fitting. This conclusion establishes the foundation for the hydraulic bulging roller residual stress when the hydraulic bulging roller subjected to control pressure.Secondly, we analyse the hydraulic bulging roller when the hydraulic bulging roller subjected to control pressure and the shrunk-fit subjected to linear or quadratic function .The analytic solution of residual stress is given through constructing the stress function satisfying all boundary conditions and the heory of the axisymmetry column thin shell.Lastly, we analyse the hydraulic bulging roller when the hydraulic bulging roller subjected to control pressure, the shrunk-fit subjected to linear or quadratic function distribution pressure and under different shear forces and bending moments .The analytic solution of residual stress is given through constructing the displacement function.
