The west block of Qk17-2 oil field is carried up by waterflooding Production.AS interlayer, horizon,Intralayer, microporosity structure of reservoir which are effected by sedimentary environment and diagenetic are of great heterogeneity, the reservoir is easily to be changed after waterflooding. Especially in high permeable area,it easily forms waterflooding channel between oil well and water well ,and Water breakthrough occurres in some well.At this time oil field goes into water flooding stage, the recovery reaches a high degree. So the key point of oil field adjustment in late-stage is the study of remaining oil distribution.Combined with the data of geology, coring, well log and well tests of qk17-2 oil field, the sendimentary facies, reservoir heterogeneity, microtectonics and flow units are studied, meanwhile the affecting factors of remaining oil distribution which are controlled by the sendimentary mcrofacies, oil sand, reservoir heterogeneity, microtectonics and flow units are analysised. At the basis of these study results, we sum up the remaining oil distribution in horizons and vertical zones, establish a geological basis of reservoir and provide a method with the similar oil field.
