Our country is abundant in natural gas resource and has large consumption potential about it, but existing gaseous or liquid transportation and storage means are restricted by geographical or economical conditions in different degrees, the progressively consumption of natural gas urges us to design a new and efficient way to transport and store it to meet the request of the multitudinous consumers. Hydrates have a very important property of storing gas, and its conductivity is comparative to ordinary thermal insulation materials. Hydrate transportation was available both in technology and economy. The thesis tries to research on a new way which transported and stored natural gas by hydrates form. It designed a production technical process of natural gas hydrates by avail itself of stability and security under the specially condition, and endeavor to expand the transportation and storage means.Based on the research of hydrates formation mechanism, a hydrates formation fugacity model was established based on the BWRS state equation, according to which a hydrates thermodynamic simulation model was then built. A current simulation program for hydrate thermodynamic model was programmed by Matlab software, through which 15 groups of hydrate thermodynamic data were simulated, and the simulation precision of 9 groups below 1%. Besides, the precision was under 2% by analyzing a gas experiment data. A kinetic simulation model was improved after the relations between hydrates kinetic factors and formation velocity was studied. Then a simulation program for hydrates kinetic simulation model was made by using Matlab inherit algorithm tools box. The precision of results was all under 1% in terms of the analysis of parameters of the model, and the average relative error was 0.3%. Water-gas ratio, pressure, temperature, ultrasonic and surface-active agent on hydrates storage ability has been analyzed, which made a theoretic foundation for technique improvement research. In addition, a new technique was put forward for fast and efficiently producing hydrates, that is, the two-stage cascade system of spraying -bubbling and spraying -churn equipments. Finally, the whole process of hydrate transportation was laid out.The hydrates thermodynamic model may provide theory and technique support for the research of hydrates transportation and prevention of hydrates formation in gas pipeline project, and the kinetic model of high precision can conduct the research of parameters for hydrates production process. The given hydrates production process can increase formation velocity and gas storage density, speeding the industrialization course of hydrate transportation.
