According to the chaos system and chaos communication scheme research in existence, we propose a new chaos system and a chaotic secure communication scheme. A new 3 dimension Lorenz-like system is proposed at first, the greatest innovation of this system is that it has a constant item. The dynamical behavior is analyzed by non-linear dynamical theory. The stability is analyzed in the equilibrium point by the method of mathematical deduce and numerical calculation. In order to know the dynamical characteristic well, method such as time series analysis, phase portraits, Lyapunov-exponent spectrum, Lyapunov dimension spectrum, Bifurcation diagram, Poincarésection is used for analysis. The emulation of this system in different emulation platform such as Simulink, EWB, Protel DXP is given in this paper. We also design a circuit for this system and the result is given by oscillograph.A multi-chaotic digital secure communication scheme based on discrete bit-synchronization is proposed in this paper. This system adopts numerical value operation to get chaotic signal and is combined with PCM communication system.The capability of the encryption under multi-attack is analyzed and the simulation results indicate the system is in favor of engineering realization and the encryption capability is very good.
