Use the knowledge of hydromechanics to calculate the resistances about ventilator internal and the airway resistances in the period of inspiration and expiration. Authorize the calculate platform use excel software. Put the result in the mathematical model. Compare the curvilinear with clinic monitor. Test the results by mechanics experiments.Results: Deduce the function of five-resistances. Substitute it into the function of mechanical ventilation which can simulate the abnormal ventilate diagram of curves. Attain the research objective.Conclusion: Analyzing the resistance can bring the theoretical of mechanical ventilation to completion and perfect .The monitor respiratory curves of physiological and pathology can be simulated by changing the value of resistance function.
