Qinghai-Tibet Plateau between the southern Asia and eastern Asia is an important territory to study the migration of the modern human in anatomy. Recently,we investigated the demography of the southern Asia and eastern Asia(especially China)by the different genetic marker and have gotten an effective progress.Meanwhile,we have designed a phylogenetic tree of Mitochondrial DNA of people in southern Asia and eastern Asia. However,we know a little about the demography of Tibetan nationality. We have randomly picked up the hypervariable segment(HVS-â… ,HVS-â…¡)of 35 individuals from 2000 Tibetan crowds in China and carried on DNA sequencing.Sequence Alignment was carried on about the data of DNA sequencing by DNASTAR software. The record of mutant site referred to revised Cambridge reference sequence (rCRS;Andrews et al.1999).We defined the relationship of haplogroup and phylogeny on the basis of these results. The result hints that the haplogroup of Tibetan nationality is a part of phylogenetic tree of southern asia in referring the data of the mtDNA phylogenetic tree of southern Asia and eastern Asia,so the result show that the Tibetan nationality originates from the eastern Asia.
